To Bruce, being a mad scientist means testing the boundaries of human limits while conducting unthinkable experiments on them and with his brother not providing him with students to experiment on, he has to turn to the most extreme way of getting the students to his lair.Icing the city is the only way Bruce can get what he wants; students that are young, unscarred by life’s dangers and come from different sides of life to conduct experiments on to get back at his brother for turning his back.
