Lieutenant Sunny Blake has spent most of her life fighting the aliens who invaded Earth. She and her friends are losing the war and the future is bleak until they stumble upon an abandoned alien device. After several months of investigation the scientists discover it’s a teleportation and time-time device that the aliens used to arrive on Earth. In 2125, Stone is trapped in a canyon in enemy territory, out of ammunition, mortally wounded and seconds from death. The enemy is closing in on him when an apparition appears, grabs him and whisks him away. He wakes a hundred and five years in the future, and is given a choice. Stay and fight, or return to his time and die.
