Synopsis: Rod Axell is a private eye accustomed to tailing cheating husbands, which barely pays the bills. Janine Zimmer, his "receptionist" and the love of his life, is in Rod's opinion a witch who reads minds. Well, his anyway. Her humongous mutt Thief, who actually brought them together, sometimes strains their relationship. One day Rod gets a case that may be over his head-find a woman's missing twin sister.
